About the event
A wise woman, and mother to all once said: "You will teach them to fly, but they will not fly your flight. You will teach them to dream, but they will not dream your dream. You will teach them to live, but they will not live your life. Nevertheless, in every flight, in every life, in every dream, the print of the way you taught them will remain"—-Mother Teresa
To parents, these poignant words hit home, as we dream of our sons or daughters becoming successful, and living a happy, fulfilled life. We set goals and expectations for them when they are young, hoping they will become the best versions of themselves. How can we as parents help them to reach these goals? I am going to share 3 ways to understand your t(w)een and build stronger relationships.
Stop - What does advise look/sound like?
Collaborate - How do you work together with your t(w)een
Listen - How to listen through the noise
The cost helps to cover the cost of the venue, dinner and materials. We will spend 3hrs working on ways to build and strengthen the relationship with the parent and child. You will receive an email with an assessment that highlights your strengths and your communication style and how to use this information ($197 by itself Maxwell method of DISC), you will also have access to a group forum to maintain the relationships that are built during the workshop. As well as ongoing support after the event.
