About

About the Instructor

I don’t come to this work from theory.

I come to it from lived experience.

I was married and divorced three times before I was 25 years old.

Young. Hopeful. Certain that love—if I just tried harder—would finally work.

The last of those early marriages was brutal.

It was not just unhealthy—it was dangerous.

He tried to kill me twice.

That experience didn’t just end a marriage.

It reshaped how I understood safety, trust, and survival.

After that, I spent 10 years single—not hiding, not numb, but rebuilding.

Learning who I was when my nervous system could finally exhale.

Learning how to listen to myself instead of overriding my instincts for connection.

I eventually remarried and spent 15 years determined to make it work.

Not because it was easy.

Not because it was perfect.

But because I believed commitment meant endurance, loyalty, and doing my part—even when it hurt.

I didn’t leave out of anger.

I left out of clarity.

And clarity doesn’t make loss hurt less—it just makes it honest.

This work exists because I know what it’s like to:

Survive relationships that were unsafe—and ones that were simply unsustainable

Grieve the life you planned while knowing you made the right choice

Stay longer than you should because you promised yourself you’d never “fail again”

Feel strong on the outside and quietly unravel on the inside

I’m not here to fix you.

I don’t believe you’re broken.

I’m here to walk with women who are brave enough to feel the truth of their story without rushing past it—women who are ready to stop surviving and start living from self-trust instead of self-sacrifice.

If you’re here, chances are you’re not looking for advice.

You’re looking for language for what you’re carrying,

permission to feel what’s real,

and a way forward that doesn’t require becoming someone else.

That’s what I offer.

Not answers—but grounding.

Not timelines—but truth.

Not “move on”—but move through.

And I’ll be honest with you the whole way.

Why Do People Push Other People’s Buttons?
The Hidden Pain Behind Pettiness, Shame, and Emotional Jabs The Hidden Pain Behind Pettiness, Shame, and Emotional Jabs Have you ever walked away from a conversation thinking: “What was that about?” Maybe someone embarrassed you publicly. Maybe they made a sarcastic comment disguised as a joke. Maybe they poked at an insecurity they knew would hurt. Maybe they constantly nitpick, gossip, shame, or provoke reactions for no apparent reason. And if you’re emotionally aware, empathetic, or...

The Truth About Boundaries
Boundaries aren’t about pushing people away. They’re about staying connected to yourself. And here’s the part most people don’t want to hear: You don’t need a perfectly worded explanation to be allowed to choose your life. You don’t need to convince someone that your “no” is valid. You don’t need to soften it, wrap it, or decorate it. You just need to say it. What It Looks Like in Real Life This is where it gets simple… and uncomfortable. Instead of: “I’m so sorry, I’ve just been really busy...
