Due to the nature of our services—including coaching sessions, consulting, digital programs, downloadable materials, and online content—all sales are final. Once access to services or materials has been provided, refunds are not offered.

Coaching & Consulting Services
Payments for individual sessions, packages, or consulting services are non-refundable. Scheduling a session reserves time and resources and cannot be refunded once booked.

Digital Products & Programs
Digital programs, courses, videos, workbooks, and downloadable content are non-refundable once access has been granted or materials have been delivered, regardless of usage or completion.

Technical Issues
If you experience technical difficulties accessing purchased content, please contact us at info@visiblepotential.com. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve access issues promptly. Technical issues do not constitute grounds for a refund.

Chargebacks & Disputes
By purchasing from Visible Potential, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us to resolve the issue. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in revoked access to services or content.

Program Changes or Cancellations
Visible Potential reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or discontinue programs or services. In the event a program is canceled by Visible Potential before delivery, a refund or credit may be issued at our discretion.
