12 Months to Emotional Resilience

Come Back to Yourself, One Email at a Time

A year-long, no-fluff email series to help you stop stuffing your feelings, stay steady in the storms, and finally feel like you’re leading your life—instead of just surviving it.

This is for you if…

You’re tired of:

  • Feeling emotionally wiped out by work, family, or “one more thing”

  • Holding it all together on the outside while falling apart on the inside

  • Saying “I’m fine” when you’re anything but

  • Second-guessing yourself, your decisions, and your worth

And you’re ready to:

  • Respond instead of react

  • Set boundaries without drowning in guilt

  • Stop people-pleasing your way into burnout

  • Feel calmer, clearer, and more confident in who you are

If you’ve ever thought, “Something has to change… and I think that something might be me,”
this series is for you.

What You’ll Get Over 12 Months

Every month, you’ll receive powerful, bite-sized guidance straight to your inbox, including:

  • Monthly Focus Theme
Each month centers around a core resilience topic like:

    • Emotional Regulation

    • Boundaries & Saying No

    • Rewriting Your Inner Dialogue

    • Self-Trust & Confidence

    • Stress & Overwhelm Reset

    • Vulnerability & Asking for Help
      …and more.

  • Short, Real-Life Lessons
No lectures, no textbook fluff. Just honest, real-world stories and tools you can actually use.

  • Simple Action Steps
One or two doable practices you can integrate into your day—no hour-long routines, no 37-step morning ritual required.

  • Reflection Prompts & Journal Questions
To help you connect the dots between what you’re learning and what you’re living.

  • Encouragement When You Need It Most
You’ll be reminded, over and over, that you’re not broken, you’re not failing, and you’re definitely not alone.

Time commitment:
About 10–15 minutes a week.
Transformation potential:
Huge—if you show up for yourself.

How It Works

  1. Sign up with your name and email.

  2. Check your inbox for your welcome email and Month 1.

  3. Start small. Read, reflect, and choose one tool to try.

  4. Stay the course. Emotional resilience isn’t built overnight—it’s built consistently, over time. That’s why we’re doing this together for 12 months.

This isn’t about becoming a perfect human.
It’s about becoming a more grounded, honest, emotionally steady version of you.

Why Emotional Resilience Matters
(Now More Than Ever)

Life is not slowing down.
The world is not calming down.

So the question isn’t “When will things finally be less stressful?”
It’s: “How do I become the kind of person who can handle what life brings?”

Emotional resilience helps you:

  • Feel your emotions without being swallowed by them

  • Make decisions from clarity instead of panic

  • Navigate hard conversations without exploding or shutting down

  • Recover faster when life sucker-punches you

  • Show up as the leader of your own life—at home, at work, and in your relationships

This 12-month series is your gentle (and sometimes lovingly direct) guide to building that kind of strength.

Meet Your Guide: Laurie Kroeger

Laurie Kroeger is a Trauma-Informed John Maxwell certified coach, communication specialist, and emotional resilience mentor. She’s worked with individuals, couples, and teams to help them:

  • Understand their emotional patterns

  • Build healthier relationships

  • Develop resilience in the middle of real-life chaos

She’s the author of Loving You is Easy, Loving Me is Hard and the creator of multiple programs on emotional resilience, boundaries, and self-leadership.

Laurie doesn’t teach this stuff from a mountaintop—she teaches it from the middle of her own real, messy, beautiful life. She’s walked through grief, divorce, burnout, caregiving, financial stress, and starting over… more than once.

This series is her way of saying:

“You don’t have to do this alone. Let’s walk it out together.”
